A deluxe sit down six course meal which takes place in the middle of our Wy'East Vineyard. Reservations Required. 

The 2016 dinner is being catered by Fresh Start Culinary Arts Program.

Blue Chip Pinot Noir: Mushroom duxelles pastries

 

Tilly Jane White :  Gorge summer salad rolls: candied salmon, cucumber, scallions, mint, basil, Wildwood Farm greens, sweet peppers and toasted macadamia nuts in rice paper wrappers with lime chili dipping sauce

 

Pinot Gris: Chilled peach soup with basil coulis (soup has pinot gris in it too)

 

Pinot Noir Vertical Tasting (2008, 2009, 2012) : Grilled figs and grilled lamb and pine nut crepinette, Zion Farms arugula, fig vin cotto

 

Cabernet Sauvignon: Grilled New York steak, creamy Dickey Farms corn, Italian salsa verde

 

Cloud Cap Select: Double chocolate cake with almond crunch, raspberry coulis
